SARA ZIMMERMAN

Lead Direct Support Professional- GVE Beaver Dam

Sara is the Lead Direct Support Professional in GVE’s SNAP program. Sara joined Green Valley Enterprises in 2007. Sara has a very strong person-centered approach to serving participants in the day services program and the people she serves benefit greatly from her energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. Sara extends her normal daily duties by filling in for her counterpart in prevocational services when necessary and volunteering to drive a bus route when needed.

Sara volunteers annually at GVE’s Ham and Jam and the Dodge County Fair on behalf of GVE. In addition, she and her family donate a very nice meat package that is auctioned off at Ham and Jam with the proceed benefitting GVE’s Legacy Fund. Sara epitomizes the organization’s Keys to Service Success and is a very strong advocate for the people she serves and the organization’s mission both at work and in the community.

We are proud to celebrate Sara and all of her hard work!
