Our 4th Quarter Presidential Recognition Award recipient is Chad Noble, Senior System Administrator/Network Administrator for the IT department. In recent years here at Opportunities Inc., Mr. Noble has consistently exemplified an extraordinary commitment to our organization’s success, demonstrating a blend of dedication, collaborative spirit, and examples that proves worthiness for the Presidential Award.
One of Chad’s most identifiable attributes is his exceptional ability to foster a cohesive and productive work environment. He consistently works well with the entire staff in the organization, displaying a natural talent for collaboration and ensuring that all team members feel supported and valued. This inclusive approach is further evidenced by his willingness to help his department teammates take on projects solo and thus eliminated the burden of travel for other team members. These selfless acts allow other team members to spend more time with their family or maximize their time off. Documented proactive initiative cultivates a culture of mutual support and shared responsibility.
Chad Noble has demonstrated reliability by consistently being present with perfect attendance. He is consistently the first person to arrive in the IT Dep and is willing to stay and troubleshoot issues that is after his end of shift. His readiness to “travel to meet vendors on site” ensures critical partnerships are maintained effectively, while his willingness to “come into the office nights, weekends, and even during PTO” highlights an extraordinary personal sacrifice for the benefit of urgent projects and critical deadlines. This level of selflessness is invaluable and directly contributes to our ability to meet challenging objectives without disruption.
Beyond his technical and collaborative strengths, Chad possesses an outstanding character that enriches our workplace daily. He is consistently kind and empathetic towards vendors, co-workers, and visitors, creating an environment where everyone feels respected and heard. Such interpersonal skills are crucial in fostering a positive collaborative image and ensuring smooth interactions across all stakeholders. In my opinion these are characteristics that exemplify a good ambassador of the IT Department.
Furthermore, Chad’s commitment to our organization extends into the wider community aligning with corporate values. He is willing to extend volunteer time towards Mission causes such as the Spence Jensen golf charity event, the Ham n Jam, and various other corporate calendar events for staff.
We are honored to recognize Chad for his dedication and positive impact on our organization.
