Tom CdeBaca – 2026 Q1 President’s Recognition Award Recipient

We are delighted to recognize Tom CdeBaca as the 2026 Quarter 1 President’s Recognition Award recipient for his outstanding leadership and the meaningful, lasting impact he continues to have across our warehouse operations. With Tom’s guidance, we added a new 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility and then reconfigured product flow to increase throughput and improve overall efficiency. He also led the addition and expansion of Carbliss off-site warehouse, an important step in ensuring we can keep pace with growing demand. Just as importantly, Tom continues to support Ball Corporation and foster strong, collaborative relationships as partners explore opportunities to expand services with our agency.

Tom’s dedication also extends to his ongoing support of NPPC, helping ensure both on-site and off-site facilities operate with consistency, care, and a strong customer focus. His work reflects the best of what we strive for—reliable execution, thoughtful leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We especially appreciate the way Tom elevates our teams and strengthens the experience we deliver to the partners who count on us every day.

Tom oversees 200,000 square feet of warehouse space and leads a team of 60 employees that helps the Fort Atkinson campus ship, receive, and transfer nearly 100 loads each day. He also actively supports the Opportunities, Inc. mission by training forklift drivers and warehouse personnel, building capability and confidence across the operation. Together, Tom and his team navigate complex challenges while continuing to meet customer requirements and maintain a high standard of service. He brings a calm, solutions-focused approach and is quick to remove barriers so our teams—and our partners—can succeed.
