Shrink Wrapping

Our equipment includes manual L-Bar sealers, semi-automatic or fully automatic machines for projects with higher volumes. Film clarity and thickness (gauge) can be customized to meet your needs and ensure the best package for your application. Call Opportunities, Inc. to discuss your shrink-wrapping needs.

Information to consider for pricing shrink-wrapping projects:

  • Size of the package to be wrapped (L x W x H)
  • Quantity of units to shrink-wrap
  • Number of units that will be packed into the master carton
  • Indicate where the seam should be placed on the final product
  • Gauge of film needed 45 gauge up to 200 gauge (for product that needs HEAVY DUTY protection in the retail environment). Our standard in stock film is 60 – 75 gauge

Printed & clear bundle film

This type of package is ideal for plastic, glass bottles, cans, and jars, and is a great package choice for consumer product companies that want to produce multi-packs and variety packs with attractive promotional messages targeted at retail and club store markets. Opportunities can shrink bundle your product in clear film or print-registered polyethylene film (note: minimums are required for printed film). Bundle wrapping your product with printed film gives great flexibility to quickly change couponing and advertising messages. Contact Opportunities for your bundle wrapping needs.

  • Film Diameter: 20” maximum

Point of purchase (POP) display assembly

A point of purchase display, or POP, is a great way to display product and catch your customers eye. Opportunities, Inc. can take the project from flat printed sheets all the way through distribution for you. We can erect the display, insert with your product, package it for shipping and prepare it for distribution all under one roof. Your product will arrive in store ready to be displayed and purchased.   • Does the display have a top cap or additional signage that needs to be included with each unit
  • Will finished goods need to be added to the display, and how many per display
  • Does the final display need any protective packaging or shroud
  • How many final displays will be placed on each outgoing pallet
  • Where will the displays be shipped to after completion

bagging

Whether plain or printed, automatic to hand load; Opportunities, Inc has the expertise and experience to help our customers with all of their bagging needs. Opportunities, Inc. works with various material and equipment suppliers to help our customers get the most out of their current materials or take the next step in packaging automation.
