Customized services promote independence and personal achievement to meet the unique needs and interests of participants in a nurturing environment.
Personal Growth & Development
Experience life learning proper social interaction and conversation in the community and day services based activities.
Life Transition/Retirement Program
Provides the care and support needed for those taking their next step in life. The activities are for the purpose of having fun and socializing, while focusing on the interests of each participant.
Independent Daily Living Skills
Provide assistance and/or training with medication administration and reminders, eating, cooking, grooming and continence issues.
Memory Care
Emphasize stimulating activities in a safe and familiar environment using techniques and approaches designed for those with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Micro-enterprising / OiCloset
Participants at our Fort Atkinson location engage in the full operation of the OiCloset, a service that provides clothing to Opportunities, Inc. program participants and community members at no cost. Participants work with staff, their mentors and trainers to learn valuable life skills.
